Gram's Meatloaf Recipe

2 lbs. ground chuck or ground beef
1 onion size of a golf ball--diced
2 eggs
1 cup of milk with bread crumbs to soak up the milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Topping:
1 cup ketchup
6 Tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and shape in loaf pan.

Pour sauce over top and sides.

Bake at 350º until done. Approximate 2 hours for 1 loaf. I have made 2 smaller loaves and
the bake time is approximately 1 1/2 hours.
