2 c. sugar
¼ c. cocoa
½ c. milk
1 stick butter
½ c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk, and 1 stick butter.

Mix and boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.

Take off heat and add peanut butter, vanilla, and oatmeal. Spoon onto wax paper using about 1-1 1/2 tsp cookies. Allow to harden.

Growing up, my grandma always made these cookies. I really loved making them with her. Sometimes, she would let me "cook" and just add random ingredients into the pan. No one ever ate what I made, but I think this recipe may have begun my love for cooking!
