Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. canola oil
1 pkg. (3 tbs.) Ranch seasoning mix
2 tbs. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbs. chili powder
1 box of saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk oil and seasoning into a small bowl. Take 2 sleeves of crackers and pour into a gallon storage bag. Pour half of the mixture over the top of the crackers. Add the remaining two sleeves of crackers to the bag. Pour the rest of the oil mixture over the top. Zip the bag closed and turn until all crackers are coated. You may want to let it sit for about 10 minutes and then go back and turn it again.

Allow crackers to sit overnight. I like to make them about 24 hours in advance so that they are not oily when served. Take them out of the storage bag and put them in a bowl to serve.

These crackers are a personal favorite of mine. I love to make them in the fall and winter months to go along side chili or taco soup. These are a big crowd pleaser and will leave people asking you how you made them!
