4 cups squash
2 eggs
¼ cup butter
½ cup flour
1 cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Peel squash and remove seeds. Cut into big large cubes. Place cubes in a pot of water and boil until tender. Drain and blend with mixer until the cubes are smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Spray an 8” pan with Pam. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

This is a sweet dessert. This is a way to get the kids to eat their veggies. If you don’t tell anyone they won’t know there are veggies in it.
