½ stick butter
2 cans creamed corn
½ cup water
1 small onion, chopped or 2 Tbs dried onion
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbs sugar
1 cup of cornbread muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large iron skillet. In a medium bowl mix remaining ingredients. Add melted butter and blend. Pour mixture into skillet and bake at 350°F until brown on top.
