6 strips of bacon
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. celery
2 Tbs. green pepper
32 ozs pork and beans
1 1/4 Tbs. mustard
1//4 c. ketchup
4 Tbs. brown sugar
5 drops liquid smoke (opt.)
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Put bacon in a 2 quart dish and microwave on high about 3 minutes until brown and crispy. Remove bacon and cool. Leave some of the drippings in dish. Add onions and celery. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes. Crumble bacon and add remaining ingredients. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, then on 70 % power uncovered for 15 minutes until thick. Then let stand for 5 minutes covered.
