4 med. yam or sweet potatoes
3/4 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
1 Tbs. flour
1/4 c. water
3 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
When picking potatoes make sure to select potatoes that don't have strings (roots) coming out of the potatoes. Peel and cut into 1" "fingers". Place into 8x12x2" dish. Sprinkle sugar, salt, and cinnamon over the top of potatoes. Dot with butter and pour juice over top. Sprinkle flour over top then pour water over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until tender and juices are thick. Stir half way to make sure to cover all the potatoes with syrup.
