Oregano

Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Slice lemon thinly, place a slice under each piece of chicken. Reserve some lemon for squeezing juice onto chicken. Arrange chicken on jelly roll baking sheet , salt and pepper, sprinkle with oregano, squeeze lemon juice lightly. , sprinkle with flour , then repeat salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice liberally. Place a thin pat of butter on top of each piece. Place in a 350 over till brown, 45 min to 1 hr. (Depending how full your pan is) .. If chicken is too juicy, drain off liquid.
Mix a dollop of sour cream with enough milk to make it pourable. Drizzle over chicken, return to oven for a least 10 min. Should be done when the drippings start browning.
