Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup milk
1 3/4- 2 cups confectioners sugar
Can add vanilla to taste

Directions:

Melt butter
Stir in brown sugar
Boil and stir over low heat for 2 mins
Stir in milk
Boil- stirring constantly
Cool to lukewarm
Gradually stir in confectioners sugar with beater until cool and smooth enough to ice cake.
