1/2 Cup butter/margarine
1 cup chopped onion ( 4 for 3x)
1 1/2 cup chopped celery ( 1 stalk - 3x)
1 TB sage
1/2 - 1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup parsley ( 2 - .5oz for 3x)
2 cups chicken broth ( 2 cup = 1 - 14.5 oz can)
3 eggs (beaten)
8 cups bread cubes (12 oz bag = 8 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee margarine, celery and onion until tender and then cool. Add to bread cubes, add spices. Mix eggs and chicken broth together and then add to bread and mix.

DOUBLE/TRIPLE RECIPE FOR 18 lb turkey or more
