2 c. coconut cream
1 c. coconut milk
1 1/4 c. raw honey or natural sweetener of choice or to taste (use less if your blackberries are very sweet)
3 pasteurized eggs (they will remain raw in this recipe)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 pint of organic blackberries

Puree blackberries in blender.
Whisk all of the ingredients together and add to ice cream maker.
Follow your ice cream maker’s manufacturer directions. Mine takes between 20-30 minutes to process.

I find this is best eaten fresh.... if you freeze, the honey flavor takes over.
