2 1/2 lbs yellow squash, diced
3 carrots, grated
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can water chesnuts slicced
1/2 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash in salted water until barely tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and pour into 8 x 12 casserole dish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree overn for 45 minutes. May add think layer of grated cheese if desired during last 10 minutes of baking.
