1 pound raw shrimp
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup almond flour or coconut flour
1/2 tsp chili powder or paprika
sea salt and pepper to taste
coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Peel shrimp.
3. Beat eggs.
4. Cover shrimp with egg.
5. Coat shrimp one by one in the dry mix.
6. Place in pan coated with coconut oil.
7. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes.
8. Serve with dijon mustard or dipping sauce of your choice.
