Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 cooked chicken, chopped (You can use chicken breasts cooked in the microwave; canned chicken; or leftover chicken from a baked or rotisserie chicken)
1 partially baked pie crust.
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
Salt and Pepper (I like lots of pepper)
1/4 cup minced onion
French Fried Onion Rings

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie crust or use a bought pie crust. Bake until it looks firm but not browned. This is to help the bottom of the pie not to be soggy.

Mix, in a bowl, the chicken and all other ingredients and about 1 cup of onion rings.

Bake at 350º until chicken mixture is bubbly. Add onion rings to cover top of pie. Return to oven and bake until onions on top are golden but not burnt.
