Ingredients:  
3/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup water
1 tsp. salt
3 T. cornstarch and 2 T. flour (or 5 T. flour)
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Juice of 2 lemons
2 eggs
1 baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Add water and cook in double boiler until thick. Add egg yolks, slightly beaten and cook one minute longer. Remove from fire, add lemon juice and rind. Cool and fill a baked pastry shell.

Add a meringue and bake until peaks are browned.
