1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups raw rice
1 can Beef Consommé
1 can French Onion Soup
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a 13X9-inch baking dish. Add the rice; scatter mushrooms around on top of the rice. Pour soups over the rice and mix very slightly. As it cooks, you may need to add water and stir so all the rice will cook.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

This side dish is a great accompaniment for beef roast. It is good served with green peas.
