2 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
3 T. butter or margarine
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 small can of evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 package (10-oz.) finely chopped broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and celery in butter and thaw broccoli before combining all ingredients. Mix and salt to taste. Put into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.

Here's a tip for using chopped celery. Most recipes only call for a little celery and then you have several stalks left that go to ruin in the refrigerator. I go ahead and chop up the rest of the celery and put it in a zip-lock freezer bag and pop it in the freezer. The next time a recipe calls for celery just squeeze out the amount you need from your stash in the freezer.
