1 egg
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 T. granulated sugar
2 T. prepared mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1 T. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, sugars, and mustard. Blend in vinegar and melted butter. Cook stirring constantly over low heat until thickened.

I used this as a fondue sauce for dipping meat in. It is also very good for dipping Pigs in a Blanket.
