Vegetable oil
4 cups of diced tomatoes or use 1 large can of petite diced tomatoes
3 jalapeno's
1 medium onion
1 tbsp of cilantro
1 clove of garlic minced or 1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of lawrey's seasoned salt or salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the jalapenos or dice.
Dice the onion and tomatoes.

Sautee the jalopenos and onion in veggetable oil. Add the garlic, cilantro, and salt and mix well over low heat. Add the tomatoes and mix well on low heat.
