Ingredients:  
Meringue Crust:
4 egg whites--beaten until frothy
Add 1/4 teas cream of tarter
gradually add one cup of sugar beating until stiff

Lemon Filling:
Double boiler--4 beaten eggs yolks
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 teas lemon juice
Cook until mixture thickens
cool in refrigerater
Add 1/2 pint whipping cream to lemon filling

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pie plate put in Meringue crust
Bake one hour at 250º

Put filling in cooled meringue crust

Refrigerate
