1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
8 oz. chopped dates
2 cups rice crispy
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 can flaked coconut
powder sugar for rolling
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, brown sugar and dates. cook over medium heat until dissolved and melted. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add rice crispy, nuts and coconut. Blend thoroughly. Cool and shape into fingers. Roll in powdered sugar. Spread out on flat surface. Put in cool place until firm.
