Cooked Potatoes--cubed
2-3 hard boiled eggs
1 large chopped onion
1 lb Bacon--fried

1 teas Salt
Pepper
1/3 cup flour
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cooked potatoes and eggs
Fry Bacon and add onions & celery saute
Add sugar and vinegar to bacon mixture
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix Flour and Water (like gravy) bring to boil & thicken
Cool and mix with potatoes and eggs
