Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Doris Gilstrap always made this dessert for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Gilstrap kids and grandkids loved it and called it "Strawberry Stuff". When Randell and I started making our own holiday dinners, this was a main staple. Then over the years, as the kids grew up, Wes & Ben clamored for it so much that it became their traditional Christmas Eve birthday dessert, with each having their own bowl. It still has to be served for them on Christmas Eve, even though Ben lives hours away. He makes his own!
