Bottom Layer (crust):
2 cups flour
1 ½ sticks butter
½ cup white or brown sugar
½ cup chopped pecans.

2nd Layer:
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
½ of 16 oz. container Kool Whip.

3rd Layer:
2 small packs instant chocolate pudding
3 cups of milk


4th Layer:
½ of 16 oz. container of Kool Whip

Bottom Layer: Mix all ingredients and put in a 13X9 baking pan which has been sprayed with PAM. Pat with fingers to spread out in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or longer. Crust does not have to brown. Let cool.
2nd Layer: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Kool Whip with electric mixer. Spread on top of crust.
3rd Layer: Mix chocolate pudding mix with milk and pour on top of 2nd layer.
4th Layer: Spread rest of Kool Whip on top of pudding. Refrigerate.
