16 oz. elbow macaroni (boiled)
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ cup oleo or butter
1 ¼ cups of milk
3 eggs (beaten)
1 lb. sliced or grated mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up butter and place in bottom of baking dish.
Cover with boiled noodles. Salt and pepper the noodles.
Beat eggs and add to the milk. Pour over the noodles.
Top with cheddar cheese. Cover the baking dish with foil.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Check with a knife. It is done when the knife comes out clean.

Maw Maw’s baked macaroni is the best! Just ask any of the grandkids.
Use a baking dish or 9X13 pan for this one.
