Pulled Pork Recipe

3 lb pork shoulder roast
1 pkg McCormick pork seasoning
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in slow cooker
Mix seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar, & vinegar until blended.
Pour over pork & cover.
Cook for 8 hours on low.
You can then pull the pork using 2 forks or you can shred it using a kitchen aide mixer.
Put back in slow cooker & let the pork absorb juice on warm for 2-3 hours.

Janet’s slow cooked pulled pork is great for sandwiches. Just put the ingredients in the Crock Pot and hit the beach until it’s ready. If you can’t be on the beach, then let it cook while you are at work.
