½ cup soy sauce
½ cup water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 lb. beef or pork (cut into small bits
2 pkg Oriental vegetables
1 can bean sprouts well drained

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix well soy sauce water, cornstarch, ginger and garlic powder. Set aside. Heat oil in large skillet, add beef and brown thoroughly. Remove from skillet, set aside. Add frozen vegetables to skillet and stir-fry over high heat for about 5 minutes. Stir in beef and bean sprouts. Push beef and vegetables to sides of skillet,, add soy mixture to center of skillet. Stir until mixture thickens and boils. Boil for 1 minute. Toss beef and vegetables to distribute sauce.
