4 cups chopped chicken
1 package Long Grain Wild rice and add a little white rice (1/2 cup)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can seasoned French green beans with juice (I also use just plain French cut green beans)
1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.)

For topping:
1 package Pepperidge Farm dressing
1/2 cup butter
slivered almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice by directions on box; add other ingredients-chicken last. Cover casserole with dressing, butter, and almond mixture. Bake at 350º until bubbly. (about 25-30 minutes).

This casserole will freeze. If frozen, add dressing just before baking.

This casserole makes enough for 8-10 people.
