24 cups tomatoes
8 c onions- or 4 onions
6 green peppers
2 red peppers
10 jalapeno peppers
2- 13 oz. cans tomato paste
4 T salt
1/3 c sugar
1 T pepper
1/4 c parsley
1 c vinegar

Cook together for 2 hrs.,stir often - Seal in jars

If you have an electric roaster it works well for this recipe, also for the spaghetti sauce
