1 1/2 cups Libby's pumpkin

3/4 cups sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1-1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/2-1 tsp.tsp. ginger

1/4-1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/4-1/2 tsp. cloves

3 slightly beaten eggs

1 1/4 cups milk

1 - 6 oz. can of evaporated milk

1- 9 inch unbaked pastry shell

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and pour into a 9 inch unbaked pastry shell.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between the center and outside comes out clean. Cool.
