1 box Ritz Crackers
1 jar Creamy peanut butter
1 box Chocolate bark
1 jar marshmallow cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread peanut butter onto crackers, forming sandwiches. Melt chocolate bark (we prefer Ghiradelli) in microwave or double boiler. Dip sandwiched cookies into chocolate, covering both sides. Place cookies on waxed paper and allow to harden. Store in airtight container.

**You can also spread marshmallow cream on top of peanut butter.
