1 box Pillsbury pie crust
8oz cream cheese
3 T sugar
1tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 box Pillsbury Double Chocolate Brownie mix (15.8 oz)
1/4 cup oil
1 T water
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 T hot fudge topping
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
Place one crust into 9 inch pie plate.
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1 egg with mixer at medium speed til smooth. Set aside.
Reserve choc syrup packet from brownie mix for topping.
In large bowl, add brownie mix, oil, water, and 2 eggs.. Mix w spoon til blended.
Spread 1/2 cup brownie mixture onto bottom of pie crust.
Spoon and carefully spread cream cheese mixture over brownie layer. Top w spoonfuls of brownie mixture, spread evenly. Sprinkle w pecans.
Bake 40 to 50 min, you may need to cover crust edges w foil to prevent over browning..
In small bowl mix packet of chocolate sauce from brownie and hot fudge sauce.
Drizzle over pie! Cool completely about 3 hours.
