4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. rum

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks, sugar & salt in heavy saucepan. Stir in Milk gradually. Cook over low heat just until mixed or coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat & add rum. Cool. Very nice served with Fresh Fruit.
