4 Vidalia Onions
3-4 large containers of beef broth (depending on size of crockpot)
Tabasco
Mozzarella or Gruyere cheese, sliced thick
Crusty Bread (any Kind)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine beef broth, Quartered Onions (depending on the size of the onion cut them to your liking), and Tabasco (I sprinkle with 4-5 shakes) in Crock Pot
2) Cook for 4 hours on high until onions are soft and translucent
3) Heat oven to 400 degrees
4) Pour contents into round crocks that can go into oven
5) Add a thick slice of crusty bread
6) Top with tick piece of cheese
7) Bake in oven until cheese is melted on the top.
