1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup Frenchs mustard
4 cups ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. hot sauce
4 cups water
package spare ribs
meat tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Bring spareribs to a boil in a large pan (enough water to just cover the ribs).
Add quite a bit of tenderizer to the water. Simmer ribs until tender.

Mix mayo, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce together to make the sauce.

Place ribs in casserole dish, sprinkle with tenderizer, pour sauce over ribs and bake at 400º for about 30-45 minutes. Cover during the last 20 minutes (maybe a bit longer).
