2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal flour (oatmeal blended or put in food processor)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
4 oz chocolate chip (I use semi-sweet)
1 (8 oz) Hershey© bar, finely grated
3 cups chopped nuts

Directions:

Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix, then add flour, oatmeal flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix and add chocolate and nuts. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Form dough into balls about the size of golf balls and place about 2" apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350ºF. (I did 12 minutes.)
