1 (5 to 6 lb.) Turkey breast
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. garden vegetable cream cheese
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp dry basil leaves
1/2 tsp rubbed sage

Place turkey in a crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over turkey. Cover and cook low 8-10 hours/high 4-6 hours till internal temp is 165º.

The juice created around the turkey makes a creamy delicious gravy
