4 to 6 pork chops (bone-in) or boneless pork loin chops, 1/2-inch thick
2 cups crushed cracker or bread crumbs
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly salt and pepper both side of the pork chops and brush with olive oil. Combine cracker or bread crumbs, flour, paprika, sugar, onion powder, oregano, and garlic powder in gallon size zip lock bag. Add pork chops, 2 at a time, and shake to coat.

Bake at 350º on shallow sided baking sheet (like a cookie sheet lined with foil for faster clean up) for 1 hour or until pork chops are tender and juices no longer run pink when poked with a fork.
