1 (20 ounces) can crushed pineapple
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
dots of butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover with dots of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 350 degrees for one hour. Serve warm.
