! 1/2 pounds shrimp, cooked shelled and deveined
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chopped ginger root

Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag. Refrigerate 8 - 10 hours or overnight, turning several times.
