Loaf of sliced, white sandwich bread

1 lb ground lamb meat
2 finely chopped cups of onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 small can tomato paste
8 oz can drained diced tomatoes
dash of allspice and paprika
salt/pepper

Directions:

Mix the ingredients for the meat mixture.

Spread the mixture over slices of sandwich bread and bake in 325º oven until bread is toasted.

My mom (Tillie Munushian Rounds) used to make these since we were so far from an Armenian Bakery to get real Lehmajoons! Uncle Brian and our neighbor friend, Steve Hendley, used to love these!
