1 14-Ounce Bag Caramels
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
3/4 Cup Butter

1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix made according to directions on the box.

2 Cups Chopped Pecans
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Caramels with evaporated milk and butter
over low heat.

Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour half the batter into a greased 9 X 13 pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Pour melted caramels over partially baked cake.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate
chips.

Pour remaining cake batter over all and continue
baking for 20 minutes.
