1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Oil
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Sour Milk ( 1 teaspoon lemon juice in milk.
Let stand for 5 minutes)
2 1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
2 Cups Diced Zucchini
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Pour into butter greased 9x12 glass pan.
Bake 45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
Sprinkle 1/2 chocolate chips over top of cake.
