Northern White Beans--cover with water and boil, rinse, soak over night, then drain

Ham bone--cover with water (add a little chopped ham if not much on bone!)

1 can tomato sauce
2 TBS vinegar
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tsp liquid mustard
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
1-2 chopped onions
salt/pepper

Prepare the beans-wash well after soaking.

Cover the ham bone with water (leave some meat on it)
Add all other ingredients, get boiling for 1 hr, then simmer (or crock pot low) until ready to serve.
