2 slices toasted white bread--cubed
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 TBS chopped white onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 can (1 lb, 12 oz) tomatoes
1 can (12 oz) corn, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in 1 1/2 qt buttered casserole. In a small skillet, melt butter, saute green pepper and onion until tender. Add salt. Alternate layers of tomatoes and corn in casserole dish, pour butter mixture over top and bake at 350º for 45-60 mins.
