1 cup of margarine
4 tablespoons of cocoa
1 cup of water
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
2 tsp baking power
½ cup of sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda.

Icing:
1 cube of butter
4 tablespoons of cocoa
6 tablespoons of milk
1 box (1 pound) of powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, cocoa, and water in a pot. Add the following, mixing with a whisk as you add: sugar, flour, baking powder, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and baking soda.

Butter the bottom of a sheet pan and lightly dust with flour. Add cake mixture and bake at 350ºF for 22 minutes.

Icing:
In a pot melt the butter, cocoa and milk. Mix well and then add powdered sugar. Beat to a smooth consistency and spread over the hot cake.
