1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp yeast
4 cups hot water, not scalding hot
10 cups flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together sugar, yeast and hot water until somewhat frothy on top. Let stand for 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, add flour and salt. Make a well in the middle and add yeast mixture. Add more flour, if needed. Mix into a dry soft dough and let stand for 15 minutes.

Measure into three portions, forming bread dough into loaves. Place into three greased loaf pans. Let stand for 15 minutes and then put in the oven at 350ºF for one hour.
