3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg (room temperature)
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. chocolate chips ( I only use 1/2 bag)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix into sugar mixture until well blended. Add chocolate chips. Place sheet of parchment paper on cookie sheet and drop by teaspoons; bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
