Notes: After making this a few times you get a feel for it. I don't have a candy thermometer,I just know by looking at it. When it turns golden yellow, and foamy, and on a flat stove-top, it's just about 5 min. of boiling, it's done. This is Matt's FAVORITE Christmas treat! Everyone loves it. Everyone in my family looked forward to my Granny making it every year :)
