Paper bag (put 1 cup of flour in)
Bread crumbs
1 large zucchini
4 large tomatoes
Onion slices on each piece to cover zucchini
Grated Romano cheese for on top of the tomatoes
2 eggs
1 -1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup of water
Salt
Pepper

Slice zucchini into 1 inch thick pieces, coat with flour by layering zucchini in paper bag, then sprinkle more flour on top, close bag & shake to coat zucchini

Get a pizza pan & put Italian bread crumbs on it, put the 2 eggs, water, 1-1/2 cup of milk, salt & pepper in bowl. Beat mixture. Coat floured zucchini with egg mixture on both sides, put on tray of bread crumbs (bread crumbs on both sides). Stack zucchini on tray & add additional bread crumbs if necessary.

Put in skillet filled with hot oil to brown, brown about 1-2 minutes on each side. Place on foil lined cookie tray. Add 1 slice of onion, 1 slice of tomato, & 1 tablespoon of Romano grated cheese to each slice of zucchini. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes Add Italian seasoning & garlic powder to top of each slice to serve
